The journey continues through the wooded Meggelveld up to the Maasboulevard in Wessem. 
The last part you walk over the dyke, along the 'Parc Maasresidence Thorn' (opened April 2022) and via the Maasplassen back to Thorn. 

The walk is possible on Friday and Saturday days, starting from the VVV Thorn at 12.00 hrs, first break location open from 13.00 hrs. On Sunday the walk is also possible from 11.00 am, first break location open from 12.00 pm.
At the Kapelhuis, located next to the chapel Onder de Linden, you will receive a delicious piece of Limburg vlaai (flan) on return of your first voucher. In the Maas village of Wessem, you will be welcomed with a cup of soup and French bread at Gasterie De Knip on the Maasboulevard. Back in Thorn, you can enjoy a drink and a snack at grand café 't Stift after this varied tour.  

It is compulsory to register by telephone before departure at 't Kapelhuis and grand-café 't Stift!

The route follows the walking junction system. Start at the VVV Thorn, Wijngaard 14. The package is on sale at the VVV Thorn and via the webshop.
