Roman Catholic Church, Our Lady of the Nativity

In 1869, during the demolition of the previous church, remains of an even older Romanesque church were found under the Gothic church dating from 1460. In addition, a Roman sacrificial stone dedicated to Minerva, Hercules and Juno was found here. This indicates that this place has a very old religious tradition.

A church in neo-Gothic style designed by Pierre Cuypers was built on this site. This church was completed in 1872. However, this church was destroyed in 1944 during the Second World War. It was rebuilt in 1948 and extended with a cross and new tower in 1954.

The church is under monument protection.
