This mill dates from 1530 but there was a mill on this spot as early as 1402. The mill, a ban mill, was always owned by the lords of Opoeteren. The current building dates from 1859. Since 1950, it has run on electricity. The mill is a small, rectangular, two-bay, single-storey stone house with a pitched roof. The mill and its surroundings were designated a monument in 1981. After a forthcoming restoration, the mill will be set up as a tourist information point.
