ROERMOND

Restaurant

Hidden in the green area of the Roermond park lies castle Hattem Roermond, the smallest castle in Roermond.
The current model of the castle dates from 1718. The house was called Horst Te Roerbosch Bosch and was built for the family Holthausen. The castle is now a stylish restaurant for lunch and dinner, with high windows all around, black blinds and two coach lanterns on the ceiling. In good weather you can enjoy the surrounding terraces.

The menu features sophisticated and surprising dishes of French cuisine with a Mediterranean slant. For example, a delicious dish with lobster, scallops, lobster and prawns with sauce Béarnaise. Or a meat dish with a combination of veal tenderloin, crispy sweetbreads, veal and delicious truffle sauce.
