Nature Walk Hugterheide: Brown

Walking route Brown Length: 5.2 km.
Start : parking at the end of Fazantlaan, Maarheeze.
Despite the name Hugterheide you mainly walk through forests. Coniferous forests were planted here to stop the drifting sand. There are still deciduous forests and manager Brabants Landschap switches to a summer oak-b birch forest. This is not only more varied for the walker, but also benefits the birds. Just think of the nuthatch, yellowhammer or black titmouse.
