On October 4, 1933, Sara Heiman was born in Amsterdam as the daughter of Chatzkel Heiman and Jansje Markus. At the age of 10, Sara had to go into hiding in Oirlo. Unfortunately, her hiding place was discovered and she was deported to Auschwitz, where she was gassed on September 6, 1944.
