At the Limburgs Vlaaibakkerij Museum, you discover the story behind the Limburgse vlaai. You see how old baking traditions come together with the baking craft of today. During a guided tour, you experience the atmosphere of the past and take a look inside the modern bakery.
Workshops and group activities
Want to try it yourself? Choose a workshop or baking demonstration. You can bake Limburgse vlaai, make sausage rolls or prepare Peel Pizza. The activities are well suited to a group outing, family activity or team day.
Bake date for companies
Special packages are available for companies and organisations. For example, combine a guided tour of the museum with a baking workshop and tasting. This way, you can be active together while still having plenty of time to talk.
MEET and EAT: the sausage roll workshop
During this workshop, you learn step by step how to make your own sausage rolls. Pushing the dough “inschète in d’n aove”, which means sliding it into the oven, is of course part of the experience. Afterwards, you taste your own sausage rolls, fresh from the oven.

The workshops and demonstrations take place in Horst. On request, they can also be organised at another location or at the Peelmuseum in America.
