A characteristic building that was used as a smithy from 1895 until the 1950s. Here, the village blacksmith shod horses, forged tools and re-fitted cart wheels with wheel fittings. Now it is a place where you can have a lovely overnight stay and breakfast. A warm 'home base' from which you can discover all the beauty Limburg has to offer at your leisure. Enter through the large entrance gate at the front of the guesthouse ... and enjoy.

Double rooms with private shower and toilet
Three double rooms are located on the ground floor of our guesthouse, the others are on the first floor. All double rooms are available with double bed or with 2 separate beds. We would like to hear your preference when booking.
Single rooms with shared shower and toilet
All single rooms are on the first floor. The central shower and toilet facilities belonging to these rooms can be found in the corridor directly adjacent to the rooms. Of course, after a wonderful night in 't Smedenhuys, you will want a delicious breakfast in the morning. That will be provided. In the breakfast room on the ground floor, you can enjoy an extensive breakfast buffet with various regional products and fresh eggs from around the corner. If you have other (dietary) requirements, please let us know in advance.
Breakfast is served daily between 7 am and 10 am. At weekends, between 8.30 and 10.00. Want an earlier breakfast or need a packed lunch? That too will be arranged for you. In the breakfast bar area, you can always have free coffee and tea. Drinks can be taken from the fridge for a small fee.
Dogs are welcome in the guest house.
