The cycle route runs straight through the Limburgse Peel landscape: Limburgse Peel - Groote Peel. The cycle route starts at Buitencentrum De Pelen where you can also park your car. The cycle tour touches the edges of National Park De Groote Peel and along the way you will learn all about the diversity of the Limburgse Peellandschap. Along the route there are numerous catering establishments where you can stop and enjoy real Limburg flan and coffee.

Buitencentrum De Pelen - Visitor Centre

Buitencentrum De Pelen is the visitor centre of National Park De Groote Peel. A number of hiking trails and excursions start from Buitencentrum De Pelen. In this (interactive) visitor centre you will find all information about the flora and fauna of De Groote Peel and about the history of peat extraction in this area. Entrance to the outdoor centre is free. There is also a shop and catering facilities. You can park your car for free at the centre.
