Together with his international team, he always creates surprising dishes with ingredients straight from his own vegetable garden. The style of the kitchen is classic in the base with an unexpected twist and follows the principles of "New Dutch Cuisine". Respect for nature and cooking according to the seasons are central to this culinary philosophy.
The culinary masterpieces from the kitchen are accompanied by inspiring wines from all over the world, selected by Bethany. She knows how to combine Edwin's dishes with fine wines like no other and is responsible for the impressive wine list.

When the weather is nice, guests can enjoy the pleasant lounge terrace on the Roer and you can also book the Chef's Table for an unforgettable evening.
