You can then talk to the miller and watch flour being milled the traditional way. The shop at the bottom of the mill sells fresh products, from whole wheat flour to spelt pancake mix.

The Sint Anthoniusmolen is a working corn mill dating from 1800. The mill grinds fresh whole-wheat flour every week and processes it into all kinds of flour products. The mill is usually in operation on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons.
