The Xtreme Full Edition of Grenspalenklassieker was born from the ever-increasing urge to experience epic adventures by bike. This year there is an updated concept namely 'Xtreme Epic Limburg' and a new route!
Xtreme Epic Limburg
This year's Xtreme Epic Limburg will take place across the entire provincial border of Limburg. There will be a completely new route of 500 km, showing you the versatility of Limburg, a boundless experience. And this time, you will not only cycle along the Belgian/Dutch border, but also the German border!
In central and northern Limburg there are beautiful roads and paths along the Meuse, through the Peel and National Parks De Meinweg and the Maasduinen, among others!
There will be no cycling from A to B this time, it will be a full weekend experience from one start/finish location. This means no more nonstop self-supported cycling at once, but all together in 2 days, so everyone can enjoy the experience, atmosphere and service you are used to at the other Grenspalenklassiekers.
You will stay the whole weekend at Café Restaurant Rijstal Venhof in Herkenbosch, near Roermond. The whole weekend is all inclusive with breakfast, dinner, sanitary facilities and sleeping accommodation.
On Saturday, the Northern loop of 250 km will be cycled. On Sunday, the Southern loop of 250 km will be cycled.
