You experience the ride in itself as a fun activity. Together with friends, family, colleagues or just with people you did not know before.
There is a multitude of arrangements you can make with the Geluksexpres. An excursion to mills or castles for example, where a guide lets you experience how a mill works, or when and how a castle was built or restored.
Also a trip through the national park "The Meinweg" is a nice experience. A guide will take you into a protected area and you will experience all the special animals and plants there are to be seen. In another arrangement you can enjoy various culinary regional dishes.
On a Limburgse vlaaientocht you will not only enjoy this traditional delicacy but, in the spirit of 'Heel Holland bakt' (The Netherlands bakes), you will learn under the guidance of a Limburg baker how to bake a flan yourself. The sporty guest will take the Geluksexpres upstream along the beautiful River Roer, where they will descend in a kayak or canoe sometimes on calm, sometimes on fast-flowing water to the starting point.
