In Limburg, you will find plenty of beautiful cycle routes past asparagus fields, especially in the Peel area where the supply is greatest. The long rows of raised beds betray where the asparagus is cut early in the morning. Along the way, you will come across cosy stalls where you can buy fresh asparagus, straight from the land.
