On Sunday 2 March, the annual Great Carnival Parade will pass through the streets of Weert. The Carnaval Parade Weert, organised by carnival association De Rogstaekers, is one of the highlights of Vastelaovendj (carnival) in Weert.
The Carnival Parade Weert attracts thousands of spectators every year. With colourful floats, exuberant costumes and cheerful music, the parade brings the city to life.
Route and start time Carnaval Parade Weert
The parade leaves at 13.30 from the Driesveldlaan and follows a route through the centre of Weert. Along the streets, enthusiastic carnival revellers gather to admire the spectacle. The Grand Parade is a feast for young and old and shows Weert's creativity and carnival spirit at its best.
