This newly built farm from 2012 is located on the edge of Oostrum and borders to Landgoed Geijsteren. It's located in the center of North Limburg, near the A73 and Venray station.

Spraelandhof has an authentic look and is fully equipped and luxurious. The farm is suitable for groups of up to 20 people and is also equipped for disabled people on the ground floor. If availability allows, the rooms can be rented separately for Bed & Breakfast.

Its quiet location makes it an ideal location for your family and friends weekends. Spraelandhof is also very suitable for business meetings. The building has a green energy supply by using solar panels and a wood-fired central heating system. The toilet flushing and cooling is done by means of rainwater. There is free WIFI.
