What will you see along the way?
You walk through the historic centre of Roermond, a city full of grand houses, churches, monasteries and chapels. More than 750 years of history come together here.
The route starts at the Markt, near Hart van Limburg. Here you will see the town hall and the impressive Christoffel Cathedral. From there, you continue past the Rattentoren, the Carolus Chapel, the Prinsenhof and Munsterplein with the distinctive Munsterkerk. Look around carefully as you walk you will spot various decorated well covers, each with its own story.
Finally, you pass the Minderbroeders Church and return to the Markt via Brugstraat and Roerkade.
