B&B Spraelandhof

Spraelandhof has 8 rooms available for B&B guests. The rooms are suitable for 1-person, 2-person and 3-person use and are located on the 1st floor. On the ground floor there is one double room that is suitable for disabled guests and has an adapted bathroom. The entire building is wheelchair accessible.

All rooms have separate 1-person box spring beds of 90x210cm. There is a flat screen TV, desk and clothes storage. The rooms have the option to individually control the temperature. Each room has a private bathroom with sink, mirror, toilet, walk-in shower. The entire building has WIFI and this can be used for free. You can make coffee / tea in your room and the room "Roos" has a safe. The beds are made and in the bathroom you will find towels, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo and toothbrush.

Furthermore, guests can use the ground floor, i.e. the small TV room with book and game cabinet, the large living room with fireplace and the kitchen. Here you can make unlimited coffee and tea and there is a refrigerator filled with soft drinks, wine and beer. There is also a basket of snacks. You can also use the covered terrace where possible. a fire can be lit. The building is non-smoking and on the terrace are garden sets with ashtrays.

You can determine the breakfast time yourself until 10:00 in the morning. (possibly later in consultation)

Breakfast is served at the table with sandwiches, various breads, meat and cheese spreads, vegetables, fruit and sweet (you must definitely try our traditional jams from our own village). There is also coffee, tea, milk, orange juice and for lovers there is yogurt with muesli or corn flakes. If you have a diet, please let me know when booking so that I can take this into account.
