Fresh from our own kitchen
All dishes are freshly prepared in the restaurant’s own kitchen. From a well-filled toasted sandwich to an extensive snack platter or soup of the day: everything is made with care. A cup of coffee, brewed with freshly ground Catunambu beans, naturally comes with a slice of Limburg vlaai, baked by the local baker.
Terrace with a view
In summer, the spacious terrace is a fine place to sit, with views of the Maas and the boats passing by. Enjoy a fresh iced coffee, a glass of homemade sangria or a cold beer while you relax in the sun. Would you rather take something with you? That is possible too: many drinks and dishes are available to go, ideal during a walk along the Maasplassen.
Groups, parties and business meetings
The atmospheric room at Gasterie De Knip is suitable for meetings, workshops, family celebrations and company outings. The room can accommodate around 200 people. Ask about the options for tailor-made arrangements, snacks or a fully catered package.
Extras by the water
Gasterie De Knip has its own visitor jetty right in front of the door. Visitors arriving by boat can moor there for a small fee.
Do you really want to experience the Maas? Then rent one of the comfortable sloops. Sloop rental runs from 1 April to 1 October. It is a lovely way to discover the Maasplassen from the water.
