The history of psychiatry
The walking loops are connected via connecting routes. The City Walk Venray passes various places of interest of the psychiatric institutions from Venray's past. For more than a hundred years psychiatry and Venray have gone hand in hand. The Mental Health Act of 1884 is the reason for realising a good shelter for psychiatric patients in Limburg.

The start location of the walk is near the Grote Kerk, or St. Petrus Banden Church in Venray and goes through the following nodes:
