Campsite
It is an ideal campsite for peace seekers, cyclists and hikers. The campsite is also suitable for those who want to go out for a weekend, midweek or longer vacation, not only with their own family, but also with brothers, sisters, grandparents and grandchildren. All pitches (6 and 10 amp pitches) are very spacious car-free comfort pitches separated by hedges and most pitches have a paved terrace. There is a camper service station and a separate camper field.
In short ... atmospheric camping and if it gets too hot you can take a refreshing dip in the new swimming pool. For small children (up to about 10 years) there are free bikes and go-karts for camping and a playground. If the weather is not so good, there is a 650 m2 indoor playground with equipment and a climbing wall on sandy soil.

Rental possibilities
If you do not have your own camping equipment, they rent out fully equipped luxury chalets, safari tents and a tent lodge. Bike rentals or e-chopper rentals are available. Check the website for attractive packages.
Surroundings
Because of its central location, Camping Geelenhoof in Central Limburg is ideally suited as a base for walking, cycling and cultural excursions. You will find unique and varied nature: meadows, fields, forests, heath, stream valleys, vineyards, Maasplassen ... all in the immediate vicinity. Geelenhoof is in the middle of the large national parks and nature reserves that Limburg is known for: the Big Five. Grenspark Kempen-Broek, Rivierpark Maasvallei, National Park De Meinweg, National Park De Groote Peel and the Leudal are all worth a visit.
In the region you will also find many (water) mills, castles and chapels. Several (theme) cycling routes start directly from the campsite. The routes are available at the reception. There are also two (nature) guides available, who can point out the most beautiful gems of the area.
The cozy and Burgundian cities of Weert and Roermond are within cycling distance of the campsite. A visit to the romantic white town of Thorn is also more than worthwhile.
